Aluminium Tubes manufactures and exports premium aluminum round bars (rods) in all major alloy grades to buyers across the USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, and 80+ countries. Our aluminum round bars are engineered for precision, consistency, and performance across aerospace, marine, automotive, and industrial applications.
Available in diameters from 3mm to 500mm with standard lengths of 1,000mm to 6,000mm. All bars are certified to ASTM B221, ASME SB221, EN 755-2, AMS standards, and supplied with EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Reports.

6061 T6 is the aerospace standard. It offers excellent strength-to-weight ratio and machinability. For higher strength, 2024 and 7075 are also used but 6061 T6 is most common.
Yes, depending on the grade and diameter. 6061 T4 is easier to bend than T6. 3003 aluminum bends to tighter radii. See our complete bending guide →
T6 is heat-treated (artificial aging) for high strength. H32 is work-hardened (cold rolled) for ductility. T6 grades are stronger; H32 is more formable.
Yes. Bright drawn finish is standard for machining applications. Polished and ground finishes also available.
